Stripe CRM Integration

Collect deposits, payments, and subscriptions with Stripe — natively inside your MapleConnect funnels, booking pages, and pipelines.

STRIPE → MAPLECONNECTSTStripeMapleConnectAutomations

Stripe is a native integration in MapleConnect. You connect your Stripe account once in Settings, and from then on every payment is collected inside your CRM — no middleware, no separate checkout to bolt on.

Because payments and customer records live in the same system, a paid invoice can instantly move a deal, send a receipt, and kick off AI follow-up. A failed payment can start a dunning sequence over SMS and email.

Stripe is the payment rails; MapleConnect is the funnel, pipeline, and follow-up wrapped around them. Stripe processes and settles the money — MapleConnect handles everything that happens before and after the charge.

What you can do

Once Stripe is connected

Collect deposits at booking

Take a deposit or full payment right on your MapleConnect booking page or funnel. Stripe processes the card; the appointment and contact are created or updated automatically, so the deal is paid before it ever hits your calendar.

Trigger AI follow-up on payment

The moment Stripe confirms a successful payment, fire the next step — send a receipt and confirmation, move the pipeline stage, and launch an onboarding sequence or an AI voice follow-up call without lifting a finger.

Run dunning on failed payments

When a Stripe charge fails or a card expires, automatically start a recovery sequence — timed SMS and email retries that nudge the customer to update their card, so you recover revenue instead of silently losing it.

Bill recurring subscriptions

Sell and manage Stripe subscriptions from your funnels, then keep the contact record in sync as renewals succeed, fail, or cancel — and trigger retention or win-back outreach off each event.

Track payment status on every contact

See whether a lead has paid, is past due, or churned right on their CRM record. Segment by payment status to target the right follow-up, and report on revenue alongside the rest of your pipeline.

How to connect Stripe to MapleConnect

  1. 01

    Open Integrations in Settings

In MapleConnect, go to Settings, then Integrations, and find Stripe in the Payments section. Stripe is built in, so there is nothing to install — it is ready to connect.

  2. 02

Connect your Stripe account with OAuth

Click Connect Stripe and you’ll be sent to Stripe to authorize the connection (Stripe Connect OAuth). Sign in to your Stripe account, approve access, and you’re returned to MapleConnect — no API keys to copy or paste.

  3. 03

Add payments to a funnel or booking page

Drop a payment or deposit step into any funnel, booking page, or pipeline. Set the amount or subscription, and customers can pay natively inside MapleConnect from that point on.

  4. 04

    Wire your payment-event automations

Build workflows off Stripe events — payment succeeded, payment failed, subscription renewed or canceled — to send receipts, move deals, start dunning, or trigger AI follow-up. (Developers can also use the public REST API for custom setups.)

Stripe is a native integration. Go to Settings, then Integrations, find Stripe under Payments, and click Connect. You’ll authorize the connection through Stripe’s own OAuth flow — sign in and approve — and you’re connected. No API keys, no Zapier, no middleware required.
Yes. MapleConnect collects payments natively through Stripe. You can charge for bookings, take deposits, sell one-off products, and bill recurring subscriptions directly inside your funnels and booking pages. Stripe processes and settles the money; MapleConnect handles the checkout and the follow-up around it.
Yes. Add a deposit or full-payment step to your MapleConnect booking page. The customer pays via Stripe as they book, and the appointment and contact record are created automatically — so the booking is confirmed and paid in one step.
You can build a dunning workflow that triggers on Stripe’s payment-failed event — automated SMS and email retries that ask the customer to update their card over a schedule you define. This helps you recover revenue from declined or expired cards automatically.
MapleConnect doesn’t hold your funds or add its own payment fees — Stripe is the processor and Stripe’s standard processing fees apply (set by Stripe). MapleConnect’s own plans are flat: Free, Essential at $199, Professional at $299, and Premium at $399.
Yes. A successful Stripe payment can trigger any MapleConnect automation — send a receipt and confirmation, advance the pipeline stage, start an onboarding email or SMS sequence, or schedule an AI voice follow-up call. Because payments are native, the trigger is instant.
