Google Calendar CRM Integration
Native two-way Google Calendar sync — your bookings and availability stay in lockstep, automatically.
MapleConnect has native, two-way Google Calendar sync built in. When a booking is made in MapleConnect it appears on your Google Calendar, and when you block time in Google Calendar that slot disappears from your availability — both directions, automatically, with no Zapier or middleware in between.
Because the sync is native, the calendar you already live in stays the single source of truth. Your AI voice agent, chatbot, and online booking page only ever offer times that are genuinely open, so the appointments that land are appointments you can actually keep.
Connecting takes a Google sign-in and a couple of clicks — no exports, no copy-paste, no fragile workarounds.
Once Google Calendar is connected
Real two-way sync
Events flow both ways. Bookings created in MapleConnect post to Google Calendar instantly, and anything you add or move in Google Calendar updates your MapleConnect availability — so the two never drift apart.
Let your AI agent book real open slots
The MapleConnect AI voice agent and chatbot read your live Google Calendar and only offer times that are actually free, then write the confirmed appointment straight back to it. Calls and chats turn into booked, calendar-ready meetings.
No double-booking
Busy events in Google Calendar — meetings, personal blocks, time off — automatically remove those slots from every booking surface. Two people can’t grab the same time, and your AI agent never offers a slot you’ve already taken.
Automatic reminders
Once an appointment is on the calendar, MapleConnect sends SMS and email reminders to the customer ahead of time, cutting no-shows without you lifting a finger.
One schedule across calendars and team
Connect the calendars that define real availability and keep everyone’s bookings in one synced view, so your team is working from the same up-to-date schedule.
How to connect Google Calendar to MapleConnect
- 01
Connect your Google account
In MapleConnect, open Integrations and choose Google Calendar, then sign in with Google and approve calendar access. It’s a standard, secure OAuth connection — nothing to install and no Zapier required.
- 02
Choose which calendars to sync
Pick the Google calendars MapleConnect should read for availability and the calendar new bookings should be written to. Personal calendars you leave out stay private and untouched.
- 03
Turn on two-way sync
Enable two-way sync so events flow in both directions. From that point, MapleConnect bookings appear in Google Calendar and your Google Calendar events block those times in MapleConnect — kept in lockstep automatically.
- 04
Confirm your booking calendar
Set the calendar that should receive new appointments and you’re live. Your booking page and AI agent immediately reflect real, up-to-the-minute availability.
