Zapier Integration
MapleConnect’s native Zapier app connects your CRM to thousands of other apps — no code required. If a tool isn’t built in, Zapier is how you connect it.
MapleConnect has a native Zapier app, so you can connect it to thousands of other apps without writing any code. When something happens in MapleConnect — a new lead, a won deal, a booking — Zapier can send it anywhere; and when something happens in another app, Zapier can create or update records in MapleConnect.
Zapier is the bridge for any tool MapleConnect doesn’t connect to natively. Accounting, scheduling, e-commerce, project management, spreadsheets, form builders — if it’s on Zapier, you can wire it to your CRM in minutes.
You build automations visually: pick a trigger, pick an action, map the fields, and turn it on. For higher-volume or fully custom flows, MapleConnect also offers a public REST API.
Once Zapier is connected
Use MapleConnect as a trigger
Start a Zap from a MapleConnect event — a new lead, a stage change, a booking, a won deal — and push that data into any other app your business runs on.
Use MapleConnect as an action
Create or update contacts, send messages, or add tasks in MapleConnect when something happens elsewhere — a new form submission, a payment, a calendar event, or a spreadsheet row.
Connect tools without a native integration
QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Slack, Calendly, Zoom, Shopify, and thousands more connect through the Zapier app — so a gap in native integrations is never a dead end.
Build multi-step, no-code workflows
Chain several apps together in one Zap — capture a lead, notify your team, and start a follow-up sequence — all without a developer.
Keep your stack in sync
Two-way Zaps keep contacts, deals, and statuses consistent between MapleConnect and the rest of your tools, so nothing drifts out of date.
How to connect Zapier to MapleConnect
- 01
Add the MapleConnect Zapier app
In Zapier, search for MapleConnect and connect your account. Authorize it once so Zapier can read MapleConnect triggers and perform MapleConnect actions.
- 02
Pick a trigger and an action
Choose what starts the automation and what it should do — for example, “New lead in MapleConnect” → “Send a Slack message,” or “New row in Google Sheets” → “Create a MapleConnect contact.”
- 03
Map your fields and test
Match the data between apps, run a test to confirm it works, then turn the Zap on so it runs automatically from then on.
- 04
Need more than Zapier? Use the API
For high volume or custom logic, build directly against MapleConnect’s public REST API with webhooks instead of, or alongside, Zapier.
